The Manager of Web Applications Development is responsible for managing concurrent web and desktop development initiatives, including project level resource assignments, time estimates, and project planning details. The manager works with the Director of Web Application Development to prioritize projects, define and establish policies and procedures designed to ensure consistently high quality deliverables and high IT service performance. Lead development team through the Project and SDLC life cycles, from concept design to launch to maintenance, utilizing version control, bug tracking, and related change control processes. The Manager will also work closely with the other key stakeholders in the organization to coordinate projects and support maintenance of systems and processes.
Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Seven plus (7+) years of software design, development, and QA experience; 2-5 years of managing software development projects. 5-7 years of experience in database development using SQL Server and Oracle database servers.

Special Skills, Licenses and Certifications | In-depth understanding of latest technologies that include C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, Oracle, and JQuery. Significant knowledge of Healthcare is a plus. Valid California driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance compliant with PHC policy are required to operate a vehicle and travel for company business.
