The Member Engagement Specialist serves as a liaison between the organization and the
communities that we serve. This role includes project management/coordination and support of
various programs and committees including but not limited to: outbound call projects, Consumer
Advisory Committee activities, informative presentations, and community events. Additionally,
the Member Engagement Specialist supports department leadership in developing,
implementing, and sustaining the Member Engagement Program strategies and objective to
achieve Partnership’s mission and goals.
▪ Effectively communicates (written/verbal) information to individuals from diverse
backgrounds.
▪ Contributes and promotes member and community engagement strategies to reach
Partnership’s demographic needs.
▪ Coordinates and facilitates community events, committee meetings, informative sessions,
and organizational touchpoints.
▪ Assists in the planning, development, and implementation of member engagement
programs within the department.
▪ Develops and maintains detailed member engagement and committee documentation.
▪ Recommends process improvement efforts to help build and sustain the Member
Engagement program.
▪ Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders on
member engagement activities and initiatives.
▪ Contributes to the evaluation of existing Member Engagement efforts, programs, and
intended outcomes.
▪ Attends off-site meetings, presentations, and events as assigned.
▪ Identifies and recommends collaborative opportunities with community-based
organizations.
▪ Provides education on Partnership and plan benefits and connects members to community
resources and partners.
▪ Acts as a member advocate, providing the highest level of customer service.
▪ Participates in departmental and organization meetings, contributing to Member
Engagement initiatives.
▪ Provides project management/coordination support, as needed.
▪ Consults with departmental leadership on member engagement reporting related areas.
▪ Creates ad hoc presentations and reports upon request.
▪ Performs other duties as assigned.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities
▪ Participates in special projects and assignments, as needed.
▪ Provides data entry and administrative support, as needed.
▪ Supports and contributes to the development and implementation of new member
material, including print vendor relations.
▪ Supports members of the Executive Team, as needed.
Education and Experience | Equivalent to a high school diploma or GED required. Associates

$77,430.47 - $96,788.08
