To be responsible for executing and managing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training
programs and initiatives to enhance the skills, knowledge and performance of the company,
network provider, subcontractors, downstream subcontractors, etc. Participates in DEI training
meetings. Supports DEI Training all plan letter requirements set forth by DHCS. Supports
monitoring of training completion of Partnership staff, network providers, subcontractors,
downstream subcontractors etc.
▪ Stays up to date with industry trends, research, and best practices related to DEI.
▪ Collaborates with the Health Equity and Human Resources departments, organization
leadership, department heads, and community leadership to identify DEI training topic
needs to update training.
▪ Develops or manages a DEI training strategy to ensure timely completion of DEI
trainings with internal staff, network providers, and subcontractors.
▪ Assesses the impact and effectiveness of DEI training programs through feedback,
assessment, surveys, and data analysis.
▪ Participates in NCQA accreditation and DHCS Quality Measure performance
improvement activities that are related to DEI training requirements.
▪ Participates and works with other departments on cross-departmental initiatives that
require DEI training input/participation.
▪ Supervises employees who will be reviewing the Cultural and Linguistic-Delegate
activities and/or precept DEI-related interns/students as needed.
▪ Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree preferred; At least a minimum of three (3) years of
