Under direction of the Facilities Supervisor or above, this position will assist with the
coordination of the maintenance and repair of the building, including electrical, carpentry, pest
control, and scheduling of other repairs as needed. This position will receive instruction and
assistance in new and unusual situations and on PHC’s policies and procedures. The duties and
responsibilities are more limited than those of the Maintenance Technician II.

Special Skills, Licenses and Certifications | Working knowledge of MS Windows and ability to use general office business machines and perform maintenance as needed. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Ability to type 35 wpm. Ability to use a variety of hand tools. Knowledge of ergonomics and/or ergonomics certification preferred. Valid California driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance compliant with PHC policy are required to operate a vehicle and travel for company business.
