To assist with planning, implementing, and analyzing cultural and linguistic health education (C&LHE) services for PHC staff, Providers, and Members. Participates in state level C&LHE committee meetings and implementing work plans to meet regulatory requirements.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education, Public Health, Community
Special Skills, Licenses and Certifications
Certification in disease specific education preferred (I.E. Diabetes
Performance Based Competencies
Strong, effective oral and written communication skill. Ability to work
Work Environment And Physical Demands
Ability to use a computer keyboard. More than 80% of work time is spent in front of a computer monitor. When required, ability to move, carry, or lift objects of varying size, weighing up to 25 lbs.
